Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup warm wate
  • 3 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 Tbsp soft butter or oil
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1-2 cups white flour

Instructions

  • Combine water & yeast.
  • Add milk, sugar, salt, molasses and butter.
  • Mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients until it cleans side of bowl.
  • Knead 6-7 min and form into loaf.
  •  Let rise.
  •  Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes.
