Whole Wheat Bread

Course: Breads & Rolls

Ingredients

  • cups water
  • 2 Tbsp yeast
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 6-7 cups  whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in water and sugar.
  • Add oil, sat, & flour.
  • Knead for 15 minutes.
  • Form into loaves or rolls & place in pans.
  • Let rise until double in size.
  • Bake @ 350 or 35 minutes.
