Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
- 2½ cups water
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 6-7 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water and sugar.
- Add oil, sat, & flour.
- Knead for 15 minutes.
- Form into loaves or rolls & place in pans.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Bake @ 350 or 35 minutes.
