Stuffed Mushrooms

- Whole mushrooms stems removed
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb pork sausage
- Mozzarella Cheese Grated
Chop the mushroom stems into fine pieces.
Brown the sausage in a large skillet and drain when done.
Add chopped mushroom stems.
Mix cream cheese and sausage together.
Fill each mushroom head with sausage/cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each mushroom.
Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted and mushroom is cooked…10 to 15 minutes (watch them).
