Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs uncooked chicken wings
  • 12 oz apricot nectar (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cook wings for 1 hour at 350 on a large cookie sheet.
  • When done, drain off all liquid.
  • Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over drained and cooked wings.
  • Bake at 350 for 2½ hours stirring every 30 minutes until well coated.
