Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening
- 2¾ cup flour
- ½ cup soft margarine
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ¼ Tbsp salt
Instructions
- Cream shortening, sugar & eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients & gradually add to the cream mixture. Should be a stiff dough. Refrigerate for a little while if not.
- Roll into small balls and roll into a mixture of 2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp cinnamon.
- Bake at 325º for approx. 10 min.
