Cranberry Cream Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh cranberries chopped coarsely in food processor
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained well
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, sprinkle sugar over cranberries and let sit for 2 hours
  • In the meantime, whip cream to stiff peaks, add marshmallows and let sit for 2 hours
  • Drain the pineapple very well.
  • Mix all together and let sit overnight.
