Cranberry Cream Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cranberries chopped coarsely in food processor
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained well
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sprinkle sugar over cranberries and let sit for 2 hours
- In the meantime, whip cream to stiff peaks, add marshmallows and let sit for 2 hours
- Drain the pineapple very well.
- Mix all together and let sit overnight.
