Jontana’s Favorite Stir Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup carrots cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch green onions cut into small pieces
- ½ cups mushrooms chopped
- 1 lb diced ham
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Place oil into a fry pan. Heat up, add all veggies and cook until a little soft, but not too soft.
- Add ham and cooked rice (about 3 c).
- Add soy sauce.
- Scramble eggs in a separate pan and add to stir fry.
- Serve hot!
