Jontana’s Favorite Stir Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup carrots cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions cut into small pieces
  • ½ cups mushrooms chopped
  • 1 lb diced ham
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Place oil into a fry pan.  Heat up, add all veggies and cook until a little soft, but not too soft. 
  • Add ham and cooked rice (about 3 c). 
  • Add soy sauce. 
  • Scramble eggs in a separate pan and add to stir fry. 
  • Serve hot!
