Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 5-6 chops
  • Italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  • Mix unprepared soups together and set aside.  Trim chops then dip in beaten eggs then crumbs. Brown in a frying pan with oil.  Place in a casserole dish covering each chop with soup mix.  Cover and bake @ 350 for 1 hour.  Great with rice pilaf
