Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray 9×13 pan.
  • Place all ingredients in the 9×13 pan and mix together.  Then place 8 to 10 boneless/skinless chicken thighs in the sauce.
  • Bake 45 min.
  • Turn chicken after about 25 min.
  • Serve over rice.  Steamed cabbage & carrots are also good with this.
