Chicken and Edamame (Soy Beans)
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1¼ lbs chicken cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen edamame (soy beans)
- 2 medium stalks celery chopped
- brown rice, cooked
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, ginger & honey. Set aside.
- Heat oil & cook chicken for 3 minutes. Add edamame and cook for another 3 minutes. Add celery and cook for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice.
