Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup half and half or milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8-10 pieces fried bacon or 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble (cook) but don't overcook. Eggs should be just moist.
- Remove from heat add sour cream, bacon, chives & shredded cheese. Bake 20 min.
