Oven Browned Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (6-8 pieces) cut up chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400. 
  • Combine flour and seasonings in a large zip lock bag. 
  • Melt butter in pan, coat each chicken piece in butter then drop in bag and shake until well coated. 
  • Place skin side down on a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.  Turn skin side up and bake for another 25 minutes.   Tastes like fried chicken.
