Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 jar peaches drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp tapioca
  • ⅔-1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Line 9" pie pan with pie crust and fill with drained peaches
  • Combine egg, sugar, tapioca and melted butter. Pour mixture over peaches.
  • Top with pie crust and pinch the edges together. Score crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake at 400° for 15 min. Reduce heat to 300° and bake for another 50 min.
