Elsie’s Cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow or white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup oil or ½ cup oil and ¼ cup water
- 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, juice and all
Topping:
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz. cool whip
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges and mix on medium spead for 3 minutes, no longer.
- Placed in greased and floured 9×13 cake pan. Bake at 350° for 28-33 min.
Topping:
- Mix pudding and crushed pineapple together, fold in cool whip and frost cooled cake.
