Thanksgiving Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg pomegranate seeds can substitute craisins
  • 2 pears peeled and cut into ½" chunks
  • 1 lg red onion sliced into thin rings
  • 1 block gorgonzola cheese, crumbled can substitute feta cheese
  • 1 bag slivered almonds toasted
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges drained

Dressing:

  • tsp grated orange peel
  • cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tpsp sugar
  • 1 pkg Good seasons dry Italian dressing mix

Instructions

  • Mix dressing ingredients together in your bullet or blender. Refrigerate
  • Toss salad ingredients together. Serve with dressing
