Teriyaki Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bunches of spinach
  • ¼-½ lb mushrooms
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 pkgs teriyaki chicken if you wnt tender chicken, use thigh meat

Dressing:

  • ½ cup salad oil
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp mustard

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Slice onions
  • Saute chicken and onions.
  • Slice mushrooms and tomatoes, add to spinach
  • Mix dressing ingredients.
  • Add it all together. serve immediately
