Kathie’s Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg tri-color pasta
  • ¼ lb cubed perreroni or slices
  • Asiago Cheese crumbles
  • 1 can black olives left whole
  • 1 red bell pepper diced small pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper diced small pieces
  • 1 pkg grape tomatoes

Dressing

  • 1 pkg dry Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp dry oregano
  • 4 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Make dressing a day ahead and put in refrigerator
  • Mix salad & dressing just prior to serving
