German Pancake

Ingredients

  • 6 lg eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  • Place butter into a 9×13 glass dish. Place into oven, then preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix eggs, milk, flour & salt into a blender and blend well.
  • Once butter is all melted in oven, pour batter into hot butter in the 9×13 dish.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes.
