Leftover Ham Crock Pot Stew
Ingredients
- 1 ham hock (or leftover ham)
- left over gravy from ham
- 1 can Bushes baked beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
- Add a little water if necessary.
- Let simmer all day on low setting
- Serves well with corn bread and honey butter
