Leftover Ham Crock Pot Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 ham hock (or leftover ham)
  • left over gravy from ham
  • 1 can Bushes baked beans
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot. 
  • Add a little water if necessary. 
  • Let simmer all day on low setting
  • Serves well with corn bread and honey butter
