Crepes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Put flour, eggs & oil into a bowl.
  • Slowly whisk milk into flour until batter is smooth. 
  • Heat pan over medium heat, oil pan lightly.   Pour 2 – 3 Tbsp batter into the pan.  Rotate pan swirling batter to cover the base of the pan evenly. 
  • When the crepe is lightly browned underneath, carefully lift the crepe & turn.  Brown that side, then serve.

Notes

This is great with sliced strawberries that are slightly sugared, cool whip and powdered sugar!
