German Pancakes
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp vanilla optional
- ½ cup butter
Instructions
- Blend eggs in a blender for 2 min.
- Add milk, flour & salt to blended eggs.
- Melt butter in a 9×13 pan. (I do this first by putting it in the oven while it is preheating.)
- Add mix to hot butter.
- Bake for 12-15 min.
- You can also half this recipe and use an 8” square pan
