German Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla optional
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  • Blend eggs in a blender for 2 min. 
  • Add milk, flour & salt to blended eggs. 
  • Melt butter in a 9×13 pan. (I do this first by putting it in the oven while it is preheating.)  
  • Add mix to hot butter. 
  • Bake for 12-15 min.
  • You can also half this recipe and use an 8” square pan
