Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1+ cup ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • ½-¾ cup milk of your choice I use Kefir
  • 1+ Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1+ Tbsp Chocolate protein or collagen
  • 1 Tbsp Oat bran
  • ½ tsp flax seed

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a nutri-bullet or blender
  • blend until you have a smooth consistency
