Restaurant Style Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

Bring to a boil:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 6 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Mix together:

  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Gradually blend it into the boiling soy mixture
  • cook until it's as thick as you want it
