Jaron’s Salsa

Equipment

  • use a food processor to chop all ingredients

Ingredients

  • ½ head green cabbage
  • 6-8 fresh roma tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1-2 bunches cilantro
  • 1 medium purple onion
  • 1 can diced chilies
  • ½ can diced jalapenos
  • salt and peper to taste it takes quite a bit of salt

Instructions

  • After all ingredients are finely chopped add together and refrigerate. 
  • It makes a huge bowl of salsa!
