Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup half and half or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8-10 pieces fried bacon or 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Combine eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Scramble (cook) but don't overcook. Eggs should be just moist.
  • Remove from heat add sour cream, bacon, chives & shredded cheese. Bake 20 min.
