Whole Wheat-Raisin Bread

- 4-5 cups warm water
- *1-2 cups raisins (liquefied) *liquefy raisins in blender with part of the water. After it is liquefied add remaining water to bring to a total of 5 c.
- 3 Tbsp Yeast
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 7-9 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
In bread mixer combine raisins, water, yeast oil and salt.
Blend well.
Add wheat bran and flour to raisin mixture until it just starts to clean sides of bowl.
Do Not Add too much flour.
Knead 6-7 minutes.
Let raise til double.
Divide into 2 loafs.
Place in well greased bread pans.
Let rise again until double.
Bake at 375º for approx. 25 min.
