Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs separated

Instructions

  • In med. bowl combine flour, baking powder, oil & milk. Add 2 egg yolks and mix.  In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.  Fold into batter
