Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • cups sugar
  • 5 cups milk
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 5 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • In bowl combine eggs and sugar, whip until stiff for about 5 to 6 minutes
  • Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt and mix well.
  • Pour into a 4 quart ice cream freezer and freeze.
