The Devil’s Caramel Fudge
COOK MODEIngredients
Brown 12 T. butter in a medium saucepan and add:
- 3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Heavy whipping cream or condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
Bring to boil until mixture reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat and add
- 3 cups marshmellows
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
Mix well and pour into a 8×8 (or larger) greased pan.
Instructions
- Can add nuts or I added toffee bits to mine.
Notes
Grandpa named this creation because he couldn’t stop eating it.
