The Devil’s Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

Brown 12 T. butter in a medium saucepan and add:

  • 3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup Heavy whipping cream or condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Bring to boil until mixture reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat and add

  • 3 cups marshmellows
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips

Mix well and pour into a 8×8 (or larger) greased pan.

Instructions

  • Can add nuts or I added toffee bits to mine.

Notes

Grandpa named this creation because he couldn’t stop eating it.
