Sweet Macaroni Salad
COOK MODEIngredients
In a large bowl and whisk together:
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Chop and add:
- 1/2 cup sweet Gherkins 4-8
- 3/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup celery
- 1/3 cup red or sweet onion
- 3 hard boiled eggs
Cook and drain
- 8 oz pasta
Instructions
- Mix pasta and chopped vegetables.
- Stir in dressing

She added these notes to the recipe:
I usually double this recipe, instead of 8 oz of pasta, I use a pound. You can add chopped ham, I don’t add cheese because it gets all gummy.
