Sugar Cookies and Frosting

Cookie:
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 cup margarine softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Cream sugar, margarine, vanilla, and eggs.
Add sour cream.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add them to egg mixture. Chill one hour.
Roll out on a floured surface(not powdered sugared surface). Roll to ¼ inch thick. Cut out cookies.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 10 – 12 minutes. Cool and frost.
