Alane’s Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (400g) sourdough starter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup (50g) coconut oil melted
  • 2 Tbsp (40g) honey
  • ½ tsp (2g) salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5g) baking soda

Instructions

  • Mix the above ingredients.  Note: no flour is necessary for this recipe. Fry on med/high griddle.
