Sour Cream Taco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • peel, pit and cut avocado, place in blender
  • add sour cream
  • squeeze juice from lemon and add to blender
  • add garlic powder and salt
  • blend until mixture is smooth and creamy
  • serve
