Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 lb salad shrimp
  • 5 roma tomatoes
  • ½ large red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 bundle cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Dice tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro.  Put into bowl with juice of 2 limes.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Refrigerate for several hours.  Pour off several tablespoons of juice to use in guacamole Stir in shrimp.
