Shepherd Pie

Ingredients

  • 4-5 pounds potatoes cooked and mashed with butter, milk, & salt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 Pkg frozen whole kernel corn
  • seasoned salt
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Peel and boil potatoes until done.  Mash with milk, butter and salt to taste.  Spread into the bottom of a greased 13×9 pan
  • Top with frozen corn and spread with soup. 
  • Fry hamburger-season with seasoned salt, and onion until browned. Layer over corn and soup.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake @ 350 for 30-45 mins or until bubbly
