Scalloped Corn

- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp paprika
- ⅓ cup saltine cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350º.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in small sauce pan.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat, gradually stir in milk.
- Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Stir in corn, egg, cracker crumbs and 1 Tbsp melted butter.
- Pour into greased casserole pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
