Savory Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning
  • cup cornmeal
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • cup water
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef with eggs, onion, mustard, pepper, poultry seasoning, cornmeal, and milk.  Form into balls and brown in olive oil.  Place in a casserole dish.  Mix soup and water together.  Pour over meatballs.  Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 45-50 minutes.
