Quick and Easy Shepherd Pie

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp garlic chopped
- 2 cans creamed corn
- mashed potatoes about 8 servings can use instant
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until thoroughly cooked.
In a casserole dish or 9×13 pan spread mashed potatoes to fill the bottom and sides.
Fill the mashed potato crust with creamed corn and top with ground beef mixture.
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is warm and bubbly.
