Pudding-Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cook & serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 lg pkg raspberry jello
  • 1 12 oz pkg Cool Whip
  • 1 bag raspberries fresh or frozen

Optional:

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions

  • Combine pudding with 3 cups water; cook and stir till it begins to boil.
  • Remove from heat. Add jello and stir until dissolved
  • Refrigerate till set.
  • Whip with electric mixer till fluffy
  • Fold in fruit and cool whip.
  • Refrigerate till set.

Alternate versions:

  • Orange jello; just use orange jello instead of raspberry and mandarin oranges (drained) instead of raspberries.
    Lime jellp: use lime jello & crushed pineapple.
