Pigs-in-a-Blanket

Ingredients

Heat 1/2 cup tomato sauce to lukewarm and Add:

  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 Tbsp onion juice

Let stand until dissolved.

  • In a bowl combine to make a soft dough:
  • cup flour
  • ¼ Tbsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • tomato-yeast mixture

Instructions

  • Let rise.  Roll dough out like pizza crust.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.  Cut like a pizza, roll hot dog into each slice.  Bake @ 350 for 20 -25 min.
