Perfect Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil per potato
  • ½ tsp coarse sea salt per potato

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Scrub the potatoes with vegetable brush
  • pat dry
  • Pierce each potato 3-4 times with fork
  • rub olive oil onto skin layer of each potato
  • sprinkle each potato with salt
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  • place potatoes on cookie sheet
  • Bake for 1 hr and 10 min.
  • Note: if you like a softer skin, after baking potato, wrap in aluminum foil and let stand for 10 min.)
