Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 12 oz creamy peanut butter approx. 1 ½ cups
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz whipped cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 chocolate graham cracker or Oreo pie crusts
Topping:
- peanuts
- hot fudge
- caramel
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add vanilla and then powdered sugar.
- Fold in 9 oz of whipped topping
- Pour batter evenly into 2 pie shells and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Just before serving, add whipped cream to the top, sprinkle with peanuts and then drizzle hot fudge and caramel over the top.
- Store in Freezer.
