Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 oz creamy peanut butter approx. 1 ½ cups
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz whipped cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 chocolate graham cracker or Oreo pie crusts

Topping:

  • peanuts
  • hot fudge
  • caramel

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add vanilla and then powdered sugar.
  • Fold in 9 oz of whipped topping
  • Pour batter evenly into 2 pie shells and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  • Just before serving, add whipped cream to the top, sprinkle with peanuts and then drizzle hot fudge and caramel over the top.
  • Store in Freezer.
