Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup Peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup wheat bran
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup oat bran
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350º. 
  • Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar & egg. 
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 
  • Roll into 2 inch balls (ping-pong ball size).  Press flat with the tines of a fork. 
  • Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
