Whole Wheat-Raisin Bread

- 4-5 cups warm water
- *1-2 cups raisins (liquefied) *liquefy raisins in blender with part of the water. After it is liquefied add remaining water to bring to a total of 5 c.
- 3 Tbsp Yeast
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 7-9 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
Instructions
- In bread mixer combine raisins, water, yeast oil and salt. Blend well.
- Add wheat bran and flour to raisin mixture until it just starts to clean sides of bowl. Do Not Add too much flour.
- Knead 6-7 minutes.
- Let raise til double.
- Divide into 2 loafs.
- Place in well greased bread pans.
- Let rise again until double.
- Bake at 375º for approx. 25 min.
