Orange Sauce

An elegant dessert sauce. Serve over crepes, pancakes or waffles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 5 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange peel

Instructions

  • In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. 
  • Stir in powdered sugar, orange juice & peel. 
  • Stir occasionally over low heat for 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 
  • Pour into a pitcher.  Makes about 1 cup
  • Serve hot.
