Strawberries Wild Smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana (or fresh ok too)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt (I've also used regular yogurt)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the blender
  • Blend until smooth

Notes

If you use frozen fruit or frozen yogurt your drink will be more like a shake, nice and thick. Fresh fruit will make it more runny.
