Strawberries Wild Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana (or fresh ok too)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt (I've also used regular yogurt)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the blender
- Blend until smooth
Notes
If you use frozen fruit or frozen yogurt your drink will be more like a shake, nice and thick. Fresh fruit will make it more runny.
