Instructions
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter. Blend well at low speed to form crumbs. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 13×9” pan.
Bake @ 350 for 10 mins. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle it with chocolate chips and pecans. Pour caramel back and forth over chocolate till covered. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
