My Dad’s Salsa

Ingredients

  • ½ green pepper
  • anaheim pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 limes juiced, or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 6 medium roma tomatoes
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  • Blend in food processor
  • Process tomatoes (or 2 cans petite diced in sauce)
  • add chopped onion
