Multi-grain Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 3 Tbsp yeast
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup multi grain (7 grain)
  • ¼ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup hazelnut
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ~12 cups white flour

Instructions

  • Mix warm water with yeast, add buttermilk, oil, honey, brown sugar & salt.
  •  Mix together and Add your grains.
  • Then add white flour until it cleans the sides of the bowls.
  • Knead for 6-7 minutes. Let rise until double.
  • Divide into loafs (I think it makes 3-4 loafs)
  • Let rise until double.
  • Bake at 375º for approx. 23-30 min.
  • Butter tops when they come out of oven.
