Multi-grain Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 3 Tbsp yeast
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ½ cup oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup multi grain (7 grain)
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- ¼ cup hazelnut
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ~12 cups white flour
Instructions
- Mix warm water with yeast, add buttermilk, oil, honey, brown sugar & salt.
- Mix together and Add your grains.
- Then add white flour until it cleans the sides of the bowls.
- Knead for 6-7 minutes. Let rise until double.
- Divide into loafs (I think it makes 3-4 loafs)
- Let rise until double.
- Bake at 375º for approx. 23-30 min.
- Butter tops when they come out of oven.
