Molded Cranberry Salad
Servings: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cup raw cranberries
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 oz pkg cherry Jello
- 1 cup water in addition to the 2 cups
- 1½ cup chopped celery
- 1½ cup red grapes cut in half
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- cup nuts
Instructions
- Boil 2 c. water, cranberries, sugar for 10 min.
- Add Jellow and stir until dissolved.
- Add another cup of water and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into mold or a 9×13" baking dish.
- Chill.
